Looks good so far. Lighting inside of the house isn't done so I won't comment on that, as for the new mine, it looks pretty good.

The walls look a bit tall and bare, perhaps you can stick some pictures and stuff on them or something.
And yeah, where are the trees?

The screenies look pretty decent, i would change the inside wall tex's tho' - IMO that big brick tex from the chateau wad doesn't work that well when used on big wall areas, IIRC it was used for a fireplace. Will maybe look better if a stucco, plaster or wallpaper tex was used instead.
Your last couple of maps were, errrr, a bit rushed, i would try and take a bit more time over them.
i wanna see some trees

Thanks beer
I am going to fully detail this map in every way possible..But, I think I am going to change the name. Sure, the map will have some trees and be in a desolant, outdoor area, but it wont be a PURE forest.
And dont worry, Trees are being modelled as we speak  .

Hey mate, you should read the rockwork tutorials here, yours is really quite messy looking and will lead to more faces than are necessary and probably not look very good either. Its the approach most people take when they begin rockwork, but it really isn't a very good approach. Otherwise, you should just heed the advice of the others I guess. Good luck with it

Too dark. Can't see anything, really, and gamma isn't the problem - I can see most NS maps without a problem. From what I can make out though it looks a little bare. And you still need to throw in some trees eventually.

Ach mein lamen - turning up the brightness alone doesn't help, and really, if you need to turn it up that much, your area is too dark.
And hows about those trees?

Ah, trees soon! Calm down..And as I stated, I might change the name to Nature or something..Might not be a whole forest, just trees in some places

Dunno if you've decided on what sky box to use but Counter Strike had one called Forest which was used for an old, official escape map set in a... forest (can't remember its name), it may fit the map.
Gawd damn it, i wanna see some trees !

One of those texes was from hlrally, and the hlrally team doesnt want their wads being used on things other than hlrally.<!-- Kerio Popup Killer - script has been appended by KPF -->

Nice trees there, Vash. I would love to see them used in the map. Don't forget to add plenty of dark places for a person to hide just in case somone gets a slasher rune  .
