Half-Life isnt installed? THATS BLASPHAMY!!
General Aviation aircraft (ie: small 2 or 4seat single engine aircraft for the most part) if well maintained, not only keep their value, but they can appreciate as well. But golf as a hobby would have been much less expensive. But on that note, golf is also much less exciting.
Good to see you're in a fun job. I graduated college in April a second time (now hold a diploma and adv diploma) and still cant find a job .. sigh someday soon I hope.
I really should crack open VHE at some point and do something though.
I spend a lot of my online time now either playing Eve Online (www.eveonline.com) which is painfully expensive given my current situation, but just as equally addictive, despite the game being very boring. (Google 'Zero Punctuation Eve Online' to see what I mean, his review is 101% accurate) I also spend a lot of time at CriticalSecurity.net and develop a Gentoo-based Linux LiveCD called FLY (http://www.linuxfly.net) for you Linux fans.
I took a quick peak at Crate Expectations and it looks awesome. Though I dont have an Xbox (or a 360) to play it. Port it to PC! :P (or Blackberry is cool too)

What ever happened to that map we (you?) were working on that looked like an industrial area with smelters and stuff.

Let me get these things zipped up and emailed to you then.

Hey Wild Card, I would think you'd remember me (who knows, haha). I recently dropped in too after having been away for at least a few years. It's nice to know that the oldies are still alive and kicking.

I suggested this to Gwil back a year ago or so, if the admins have all the members' emails, we could post out an email to everyone who ever joined Snarkpit, and call for a massive reunion...Christmas would be a nice time.
Throwing in a couple of competitions around that time should get a few interested and make Snarkpit flourish.

yeah I'm in the third year, which is actually the grad program, but I really didn't enjoy the design process nearly as much as I enjoyed the study of architectural theory
also, I didn't enjoy working 40-60 hours a week on schoolwork plus a part time job
