Look in your cstrike/gfx/env/ directory to find the original skies. They'll be named as follows:

[skyname]bk
[skyname]dn
[skyname]ft
[skyname]lt
[skyname]rt
[skyname]up

For additional skies, A_S' link will get you in the right direction. Also try www.planethalflife.com/atmosphere/ - if it is still up.

OtZ, making your own skies is easy enough too, theres a tutorial here http://collective.valve-erc.com/index.php?doc=1015283629-67818400
