thanks, I should have been gone by now. but these ISP's hang on to your money for dear bloody life. trying to get disconnected atm but its proving a bastard - they never make it convenient for you to stop your payments via their sites. they dont add that feature at all if possible.

/me is confused by leps last reply. + yes I am leaving.. though it doesnt seem that way atm, my isp is such a f'kin bunch of sods. im going to take it up with my bank and cancel everything from there & leave my isp in the dark. ive put enough effort into trying to sort it out with them, its a waste of time.

Lep is suggesting you abuse you ISP somehow (for instance on my old freeserve anytime package, if you went online about 17 hours a day or something they kicked you off) so that you get kicked off - its one way to get off the service :smile:
