Ok heres the problem guys, as you know, i do an awful lot of critiques, and while doing so, i do an awful lot of screenshot gathering..
while doing egozoogo's new map
de_asstech an issue arose that i have never had brought to my attention before..
look at these images in sequence.
now heres my dilemma, i do not want to be giving false information while critiquing a map, but also if the error is not mine, i do not want to overlook it either..
notice in the second screenshot, this is an image taken on tims computer, and is supposed to represent how he views this map.. it is light glitch free, but notice the same location , taken on my computer, and i know its how i am seeing it..
the question is, "WHY!!!"
why are they different..
does he have a better card? possibly, but mine is more than HL baseline..
does he have his HL setup differently? i am using openGL and an nVidia card..
has anyone got a clue.. i really need to know, which is the accurate representation of this map, cause my future as a map critiqueer could depend upon it..
what i am asking is for a few of you to look ar this map yourself and post some comparative screens that you captured..
for the record, money$hot also see's this area as "light glitch free" ...
i need a solution here guys..
