Everybody I think I found out who lep is. The guy who wrote the new 90 degree tut for half-life 1. Look at his profile. He is this website and he is member number -1. You also can't pm him. Check it out. I'll post a link. If the link is dosen't work than thats because he has deleted the account.

For you folk who are worried about me spaming, I'll ask if the admins could delete this topic (or not) when dead.

I think the bit at the bottom of every page sort of gives it away

<DIV class=quotetitle>? quote:</DIV>
<DIV class=quotetext>All site content ? Leperous & respective owners,</DIV></DIV>

Hmm, guess there's been some kinda bug cropped up, because the tutorial was definately written by G.Ballblue. Look at the comments left on the tutorial and you can see him saying as much. I guess "The Snarkpit" account is there either as some sort of fallback in case of errors, or so Lep could post things on the website without attaching a proper user to it. Whatever it is, don't read too much into it Aaron, it definately isn't signalling the return of Lep or anything (now watch just that happen through pure coincidence just to prove me wrong!).

Comedy gold

As far as I knew, Lep made this profile to avoid any smartarses registering as "The Snarkpit" and playing merry hell with the more easily led of the forum. Prophetic, almost!

...the only reason why the tutorial claims that it was created by The SnarkPit, is because, like reno said, due to a bug. I tried to delete the tutorial through my profile, simply because the tutorial is a load of crap (which I now realize.) Besides, there's a hideous flaw in the tutorial that I didn't know about until I looked closely at the final curve.

So yea. I apologize to everyone for any trouble that thing causes

Yeah, the flaw was using VHE. QuArK gives you a cylinder creation
window. You choose height, number of sides, outer radius, inner
radius, and a few texture properties and you can pop out the end result
in a matter of seconds.

Hey G.Ballblue, I thought the tut was nice. Its an alternitive to the arc tool.

But back to lep. You know I would bet my laptop that Lep is watching. The amount of power he has on this site..... he could do anything. I just wanna say to lep: Lep, expose yourself, people are gonna start thinking i'm nuts. How can you make a website and pay for it and not go onto it at all, or at least post. Thats madness and I dont buy it!!!

Now overall, , I thought I was onto somthing. But be warned lep. I will expose you, I will expose you.

The last time that I remember seeing Lep here would be the time that he threw some cookies at Gwil for deleting a spammer.

Sometimes, you still need the space. Images on Geocities do this.
Or at least they used to, back when Geocities was still hot and
happening.
