Makes sense. Bush is slaughtering people because God told him to (as he says) ... He hasn't stabbed any crosses yet with his wife who commited suicide below it. Renounced God causing gallons of blood to pour out of the cross ... and has Anthony Hopkins' Van Helsing chasing him years later.

does anyone besides me remember when bush got into hot water when he said something about not doing a religious campaign due to his non-belief, then suddenly he was god fearing?

Real classy there Andrei.
Anyway, who gives a s**t about who's related to who? My dad's a genealogy nut and has found that he's something like a 14th cousin to Dubya, it really doesn't matter considering THAT's an even closer relation than Dubya to Vlad considering Vlad's been dead for quite some time.

It's funny how politics make people think they can be as disrespectful as they want. Yes, that would be hypocritical, coming from me, except for the fact that I honestly could not hope to match the antics of some of the more ardent (read: retarded) young Kerry supporters of the Bay Area. A car full of college-age children drove past my own dear mother, yelling profanities at her the whole way, for her Bush bumper sticker. The Bush signs we've put up on our front lawn are ripped up overnight.
Oh, the humanity.

"Those who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." -Benjamin Franklin.
I have to agree with your former president on this...

Franklin was never a president.
Those Republicans sure know how to play the election game. A referendum was set up in Ohio (which turned out, as expected, to be the key of key states) on whether Gay Marriage should be banned. A referendum like that brings the moral crusaders out to the polls, and they tend to go Republican. It would have been nice if Edwards was able to help out Kerry, but in the end he couldn't even bring along his home state.

Quick thought - might the Democrats move to allow euthanasia to try to win back Florida from the old people in future elections? It'd be a funny tactic, in a detached, morbid way.

Bush is gonna win anyway. Kerry is OK but he doesn't seem to be as popular as Bush is.
