There is a Bar opening up here called the SnarkPit. The Image they have is of some english looking chap in safari gear sipping a martini, with a pillow case in hand. They claim to be the only cigar bar in town. The ad in the paper said come with your Snarkish wit and charm, and hang out at the SnarkPit. We make "English Rude" fun.

You gotta trademark brand names, not copyright them. But if they have our tutorials posted, by all means sue.

Even if the name was trademarked, they could still continue to use it
since their trade is completely different from that of this site.
That's how trademark law seems to work in most countries.
a famous example would be Apple computers... the trademark on Apple
belongs to the Beatles' record label (Apple records), but Apple can
continue to use it since their trade is different. (Of course, with
iPod and iTunes they are now toeing the line, legally)

It has been risen from the dead for you Myrk.. its called National Flags. I still think that if LEP or Reno or someone can code them into the profiles and forums under our avatars that would be sweet.

Once again, by the law of natural order, another forum thread has once again veered off topic and evolved into a previous thread, or so forth. Quite odd, ain't it.
By the way, for those grammer creeps out there, "ain't" is a word, it's in the dictionary.
You know, I've actually got nothing to say

Yeah, but waiting for the site to be up due to octagon funding their
crack habits by selling their furniture just isnt worth it. I'm sure
you could have contested it in court and won their ownership over the
name btw.
