And now the question is: was this outcome the result of the power of money (namely bribery) or of the power of truth.

I think he is Guilty, but either the proscution didnt make the case
with out a doubt, or they jury was worried about the MJ fanaics and
thier lives, or maybe both. Ahh who cares.. let the little freak be
free.. he would of been dish of the day in prosion.. not that he
wouldnt deserve it.. but Death by Hookie pookie.. OUCH!

Which, considering he owns a significant portion of the Beatles' music catalog, means he just doesn't understand money.

One can be not innocent and yet still be not guilty guys..
Michaels biggest defect is that he keeps getting caught in questionable situations. I doubt very much that he actually did anything wrong.. The problem with the word "Wrong" is it is open to to many interpretations. What I consider wrong, may not even cause a ripple for others, and what still others consider wrong I would consider criminal...
I say he is innocent of all charges, but say honestly, had he been convicted of anything that the parents of these children share the punishment since ultimately THEY are the only ones responsible.

Don't doubt it meself, but thinkin on it, just how many "life choices" wouldn't have landed someone in hot water in days gone by? (for you assholes about to bitch, there are other life choices besides the fudge packin kind  )
Our life today... It would make the soldiers of old turn over in their graves. I can just imagine.. If it were possible to describe today, to someone in the trenches, just how many would have gone A.W.O.L?
Personally, I won't ever go to war for a such. :/

It used to be morally allowed to have sex with small boys at one time in history.. the Romans were well known for this fact.
Just goes to prove if your rich, and a wack job, you get to get away
with just about anything and live in big fancy houses.. if your poor
and a wack job, your in some padded cell wishing to be free. Gotta love
the power of money.
Like I said on MSN messenger to one of the SnarkPit crue.. I think he
is Guilty. But hey I was not on the jury.. so my voice in this matter
does not count..

You're right, Money - it doesn't. These twelve people were a thousand times more informed about this case than anyone else in the country. Their judgment is more valuable than ours.

Pray tell how money and fame got him off the hook, given that the jurors will now slide back into obscurity? Are you suggesting they were dazzled by his beautiful face, or that they were bribed?

Well after watching FOX news this morning and seeing the interviews
with the jury members. One lady said.. the mother snapped her fingers
at us, i was not about to let her get away with that... And another
said I think he is guilty, but they just didn't prove it.. they let
this guy walk. What a bunch of dumb asses this jury is/was.

I just reckon hes got some psychological problems tbh. I mean cumon he even had that kid from home alone in his bed! He just has an extremist view in a very wierd situation which some condem as being horendously wrong- which it may be. At the end of the day, the parents of the children knew they were in his bed, so they are trying to take advantage of someone who cares alot about kids and has a mental disability.
Is it right to take advantaged of mentally handicapped people? He blatantly needs help- and because he was so rich he was able to avoid having to see psychiatrists.
