This looks like the best thing ever. Ever.

No, really.

I'd reckon the Demoman won't do that much damage and being a spy isn't that easy, but fook, what a trailer..

The game looks like so much fun.

They didn't show any pyro action though.

Very disappointing, woulda like to have seen all the classes TBH -
especially a new take on the medics "poison". As you say, still
exciting even without coverage of all the classes!

Wow, I'm glad you linked this new video, it all looks great. I like the basesball-bat scout crowbar, the dynamite mirv, the spy invisibility (and overall dapper charm), and I love the retarded lookin' soldiers (maybe it'll push people away from this TFC favorite), and ballet RJing.

Honestly, I hope it plays half as good as it looks.

The spy has a cigarette and the engy doesn't... something wrong with that.

Anyhoo, as I said on the FF forums I love the new direction they're taking the game, even though it is much to the dismay of hardcore TFCers.

spam is what makes TFC fun, they better give demomen the f**kin' 4 mirvs again!

From the looks of the video they did. It's a stack of 5 sticks of dynamite that has an initial explosion and then 4 others.

Nice work, Valve, I look forward to rocket jumping in the fall.

The Pyro was in there, doing what he usually does - getting knocked the f**k out.

There was also about a split second of him realizing he was about to get shot through the skull.

yes, but i was referring to the terrible change they did somewhere down the line in TFC and reduced the number of mirvs the demo could hold from 4 to 2, which seriously hurt my favorite class and just made it easier for s**tty soldiers to dominate

Whoops my bad. Misread.

Engy was my class though, so I never really lamented the mirv change.

The problem with pyro weapons in most games is the ineffectiveness of the damn things. It's so easy to get away from the flames most of the time. The rest of the time you're BBQ before you know what's going on.

The only exception I can think of is COD, you can dominate with the flame thrower in that game very easily, but it doesn't make you invincible.

Too bad most parts of this strailer are still scripted. There were bits of in-game action in it, but I don't expect to see much of the cool moves making it into the game.

Scripted or not, man, they know how to make good trailers. I loved this one, very stylish. Especially the end...

I'm not sure how it'll play, as I've never really played TFC on-line, but it looks worth a shot. Looks pretty usefull for comics and machinima's, too.

HWGuy has way too much spread IMO and Pyro appears to be as useless as
always, but I think I'll see this through... I played TFC recently and
it was surprisingly good after all these years.

You have got to be the last person here bud. (/me fixes blue text to remove joke feel and adds my own blue to re-establish it.)

on topic: for obvious reasons, downloading a video is not an option. Can someone post optimized images to some of this. I'd like to have the moisture content of my genitalia rise as well. (clarifies that this is not the humor blue)
