Counter Strike Source aim_scout

Small, fun map. Meant to play couple of rounds in mapcycle to cool down some feelings. I created a nice skybox :) Gives a "hilly" feeling. Nothing special in that map, just a quick, fast, aim map.

This is my first CS: Source map and it has a couple of bugs which don't affect gameplay but look odd. I know about them but I have spent a long time on this map and many have told me to leave it as it is and just improve on the next map.
  • This is my fourth Source map - de_boshi has taken me 3 months and although I don't think it's my best work, it is a rather nice map and I wanted to get it out the way before I start other projects. It's set in an abandoned lab / warehouse with 2 bombsites. I believe it is more Terrorist friendly as they are quite near to bombsite B. It comes with a .nav for bots and is a rather small map. It should be played with a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 4. The architecture may seem slightly off. This map is dedicated to Adam Holt so have a great life from Will.

A lot of people liked it and I thought I waited long enough to post it here.
I will make sure to improve the next time I make a map. Right now though i'm busy with Nightfallmod.net

Counter Strike Source de_nuke_vanilla

de_nuke_vanilla is just that, vanilla flavoured nuke. I wanted to keep this as true to the original as possible, hence there is no flashy stuff everywhere. The only intentional changes I've made are:
obviously textures :P
ladders are now props (no decent ladder texture)
ladder man hole slightly bigger (couldnt fit through it)
ventgrills (didnt see a good vent texture so made physical ventgrills, this is probably the biggest change as it may slightly affect gameplay)

To do:
Some texture work left to do
Add clip brushes in various places

...thats about it, then I'll make a saucier source version :D

I have started a work on a Counter-Strike: Source map. Since I myself enjoyed the new maps in Source, I decided that I should create something new in addition to all those old maps.
After having a brief processing of all popular maps (and ofcourse, the new Inferno) and analyzing all the breakpoints and assaultpoints, I came up with a map. So I decided to make a sequel to Inferno. Inferno2 it was and so be it.

The maps seems to be coming along just fine. Lightning's okay, cubemaps are just fine (afaik), and everything looks just like it has to.

An aim map where the players can only use the para (the machinegun) - even no knives. I built it with dust textures and i made it quite small.

Counter Strike Source fy_poolday_bsod_lite

hello peops

i have made a new verion of poolday it is exactly the same as the original bsod_poolday except i have reduced its file size by half, i have got rid of most custom textures and have embedded all remaining models and textures into the bsp, making for a much tidier end result. Adding models to bsp has also remideed the issue of models loading from server to client as there is no need to a .res file naymore

Counter Strike Source cs_chickenrun

The chickens from cs_italy have been located! It's up to the Counter-Terrorists to enter the complex and save the chickens from the Terrorists. This map does not use the typical cs/de style of gameplay, so PLEASE read the readme file before playing. The readme is included in the download zip, or you can read it at the "more info" link below.

This map includes a cameo by the G-Man; and yes, you can shoot him.

Counter Strike Source De_Cover

150 windows, 3 buildings, one bomb site right in the middle. Most T's start outside under the tarp, with rifles and some scouts, but they get a few counter-snipers in the buildings. Most CTs start in the buildings with scouts and paras, but they get a few who start between the buildings with subs for the ground assault. All this, mixed with a thoroughly thought-out building layout and plenty of Cover, makes pure mayhem.

Briefing:
  • Counter-Terrorists: Prevent Terrorists from bombing the truck. Note that most CTs spawn in the buildings with either snipers or heavy machine guns, while some spawn behind the building with subs to assault the terrorists on foot.
  • Terrorists: Bomb the truck. Note that although most of your team spawns with rifles/scouts outside, a select few spawn within the buildings with Scouts for counter-sniping, and on the roofs with rifles to flush out the snipers. Use your smokes.
  • Other Notes: -There is only one bomb site, flat in the middle of the map, around the truck with the biohazards.
-THERE ARE TWO BOMBS-->needed to ensure one of the ground-floor T's has a bomb
-There are two buyzones, each usable by each team, around the ammo crates in the middle.
-Everyone has an HE grenade.

This map is a tiny map for people who can respond fast.
A round rarely lasts more than twenty seconds.
I haven't used env_cubemap, as I don't know how to use it and I'm too lazy to search any tutorials ;)

Please download this map as it is my first ever released map for CS: Source.
