Action Half-Life StormVale v2

This is a map I made from Manah's open sourced map "Kismet". I thought it was a neat map and reworked it for AHL after getting his blessing. Stormvale v1 was in AHL 5.5 and was the first to feature AHL's weather effects. I revised it to make it brighter and fix some bugs. Also added grunts for 1player fun. It is no longer included in AHL, but you can still get it here :)

Half-Life: Deathmatch Goldeneye Basement

Small map for 2-4 players. Layout loosely resembles the map from the old N64 game, though I added an extra passage to improve connectivity. This is a redone, retextured version of my first maps. I did a conversion of a simple map because it seemed like a good way to learn.

Why go back and redo this old map? I was bored and wanted to see what I could do to make a fairly plain map interesting using lighting effects and stuff. Also, this map served as a testbed for effects I later used in other maps.

Beyond that, there is something 'pure' about a 2Dish crate map like this. It is simple, but the constraints can shape the gameplay in interesting ways. In the case of HLDM and AHL, the limited space makes grenades, tripmines, etc. much more effective.

Half-Life The Secret Mission

This is a huge Half Life single and multiplayer map, crammed packed with Grunts and Assassins, Your Mission: Locate and Destroy all aliens that the governments army is hiding in their well fortified base, find the Gman, and behind him lies the room with the 6 alliens you must kill, just getting in is the hard part, because, you will be noticed, so grab the bow and 50 bolts, and fight your way into the fields, and figure out a way to get into the building, then make your way into the sewers with red lights and find your way around, good luck, give me feedback please on what you think

ts deathmatch map based in what i spose is an egypt setting , its named hurghada because im pretty sure theres about 20 maps named egypt or tomb already, the trees leaves sway by the way :) c&c's.

Sven Co-op (HL) Resident Evil, The Awakening 1

Part 1 of MrFranswa's Resident Evil-inspired Sven Co-op mission is set in a large mansion and the surrounding area, and features a complex plot inspired by the Resident Evil series as well as heavy use of Sven Co-op 3.0's model and sound-replacement features, with "New gruesome monsters to fight" and "An entirely new arsenal of firepower to use", etc.

There's a lot of download sites. Most you have to sign up for sadly.

Counter Strike de_orient

this is my first bomb defusal map, and it probably shows ;) it was an excuse to have a go at making rocks/cliffs, but not in the ordinary canyon type area, the setting is sort of oriental hence the name, but for me the breath of fresh air is that it isn't all blue skies and yellow sunlight, if anyone could host a test it would be appreciated.

This was the first map I ever made, and I just played it again yesterday and discovered to my amusement/horror how playable it actually is. For some reason this sort of kill box map is fun to play. Its sort of like fy_iceworld except without the legions of obsessed fans....

Sven Co-op (HL) Broken Path

Just an outtake from my planned mappack. Added a few custom textures and a fair amount of detail. Gameplay revolves quite heavily around randomly decided events and battles.

One of the maps for a mod that I currently lead. TriForce. It's a Legend of Zelda based mod. This map is of Hyrule Castle in the style of Smash Bros. Made for 1v1 or 2v2 combat.

This is a map I made for a contest at TWHL. That's why it's so short. But it is worth downloading because it's funny to see the normal HL characters using lines from Hollywood movies. For instance, the headcrabs sound like Curly from The Three Stooges. Make sure you look through the movie camera on the movie set.

Counter Strike wd_glassmaze

this is a really really tiny map, 2 storyies, the separator between the levels is glass so are all the wallz except for the outer ones, and i would say they are 95 - 98 % invisable, just like the fair's "glassmaze" really hard to go around, you pretty much move around by guess and hope no one comes out out the side and stabs u with a knife, i expect this to be a funny map :D, glass is unbreakable. have fun with it, good for 10 vs 10 or something
