I've found that the new members grow with age and maturity to become the new "old" members. Its kinda refreshing- although kind of like death and mourning.

This thread, perculularly (spelt hideously wrong) seems to be more successful at getting back the old people than the Aude Lang Synge or whatever thread- must have been the topic of the thread or something.
