Of course, you don't get anything for doing all of this. So what we've done is make a 'SnarkMark'
system that tallies up how many tutorials and maps you've made (and their ratings), how many forum posts and comments,
and looks at your user rating and calculates a score based on them. This might seem a bit sad, but at the end of the
day it helps show other people both how Good and Cool? you are, and how much you've contributed to the site (being
more reliable than going by forum post count or member number)- note that writing lots of tutorials is the fastest
way to rack them up. If you don't care, great, just ignore it.
Also note that the figure might be wrong as it isn't recalculated very often, and I am a fickle being and might
randomly feel like changing them...
Hope that helps.

Its kinda hidden. Id suggest you (and everyone new), just browse around
the site a bit. Just now people are finding out we have a "models"
section.

Models section?

Ohh, that section! With the download links without screenshots!

Yeah, the models section isn't really what it should be.

There's been a model download section here since before I arrived. I had thought that the lack of people uploading their models to it was just an indication that not many people here made models, but now I'm not so sure.

Crap, I really missed out on that section. I guess it's because the map listing is so obvious, and the models section is tucked away under map editing. Somehow I always saw direct download links without screenshots, must've been from within another section or so. Oh well, there's some nice stuff in there fishy.

Cheers CP. I suppose I could have done more to let people know about new models as I added them, because the last few that I put there didn't get any mention in any of the forums. I reasoned that the regulars would know about the DL section, but the transients would possibly miss it, and I'd prefer that the members here got first bite of the cherry.

just shows what I know.
