Good improvements in that area, I was thinking the grassy ledge on the left was a bit empty before hand. I think your hills outside the map limits could use some height variation, seems very flat at the moment, which is somewhat defeating the point of being extraneous detail.

I was unable to figure out why the tilted window is not rendering like it should, and why a teleporter is broken and sends you to the same place you are. Also I broke my clipping wall to keep you in and forgot to fix it in time for the deadline. Sorry =/ Hope you guys enjoy it. Layout is complete and item placement is also complete. Enjoy.

This includes the .rmf to look at the file. All the usual rules apply to it.

My comments from the forum thread, after a 5 person playtest...

Ferret's "dm_fairytale" is polished as hell with a few suspect areas, for instance the caves are a bit buggy and the waterfall is still tricky to use. We had just the right amount of people for the map I reckon (5 of us) and gameplay seemed good - plenty of up close and personal shotgun and crowbar fights in the interiors with just the right amount of spam potential for the exterior. Lack of vertical play is perhaps a bit of a worry - most of the action is single tiered - and it does mean that gauss jumping is all but pointless, but it was fun nonetheless. And of course it looks ultra-sexy, meaning it will definately be in the running for the top spot.

Finally had a chance to check it out and I was mightily impressed. Nice work Ferret.

Apart from some errors I encountered, the kind usually caused by lots of vertex manipulation, some dodgy teleporters and that confounded upside down waterfall, the map was in really good shape. With some more work it'll be a map to reckon with.
