possibly the worst game ever

I cant believe the crappy quality of this trailer. Bad model(she does nothing) bad graphics(what engine did they use? Q1?), amazingly undetailed levels, and a pointless dialogue interspersed throughout the video. http://www.gametrailers.com/gt_vault/t_grimsociety_aw_e3_2k4.html

Do these people expect to sell this game based on this presentation?, at E3?

Why show this at E3 of all places? I can't see how people are supposed to be impressed by it at all. It's like watching a slide show..

I'd only be impressed if that were on GameBoy.

Check out their engine page - at least some degree of consolation comes from the fact its a demonstration of what can be done with their open source engine. But this does look horrendous, my first thought was "for the love of god please let this be an n-gage game!".

And if you look a bit more in depth at the engine page, you can find out that us Worldcraft mappers can use our skills to make maps for it!

A friend of mine who works for UbiSoft in Canada sent me that link on MSN the other day, my first reaction was that it looked like Quake 1, as well.

All we can do is wish them luck, I guess.

(And give their programmers a squidgy and bucket and direct them to the nearest set of traffic lights)
