Image Resizer: This Powertoy for Windows XP enables the user to right click and resize one or many pictures/screenshots within seconds.

For all you lazy people out there, I think it's quite handy. It allows
you to resize a bunch of screenshots to 640*80 or 800*600 quickly. The
pictures can be resized themselves, or resized copies can be made.

I've been using this for a year or two, and you're right. It's damn convenient. It's the most useful powertoy I've run across.

Yes... you can enlarge things, but why would you want to? You'll just end up with a blurry, s**tty looking image!

/edit

Why is it that so many of you Europeans have bandwidth limits? I hope your net access is damn cheap! I don't think there are ANY carriers in the US that offer anything other than unlimited usage for broadband.

Actually, I believe the difference is that here: they limit your speed, while there they limit the amount of data, like a server.

And, download/upload limits are very common on dial-up, even in the US.
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

Ah, I see. 1 GB sounds pretty harsh though.

Yeah, it really does. Especially for the fast intrnet they have over there. I stayed at this dude Ross' house in Norwich, and he had some sort of fast internet that was like downloading stuff off a LAN.

Except that he might never see it...unless he's lurking as a visitor right now.
