This is my first map, so i decided to leave it relatively simple. The bunker in the center contains 4 he grenades. T's start with MAC 10's and CT's start with TMP's. The grafitti and ivy on the walls were added after reading topics in the forums about how several recent aim maps were too boring and i hope these touches make it somewhat more exciting. I am open to any suggestions for improvements or future projects.

Hopefully getting some of the more intricate pieces of brushwork made into models, for faster rendering, but lag has been decreased in huge room without that. 30fps on a shi* comp ain't bad, i guess. and thats in only one place. I have a few things to change, and then i think i'll put the bsp up here for people to try out. new screens!

Well, lots closer to finishing this map, yet farther away. im afraid the large room is creating too much lag, so i may choose to replace it with an outdoor area or more complex-style offices of some sort. not sure yet, but i may put a public beta out soon, instead of just waiting out a lan party. all comments appreciated!

Day Of Defeat (HL) dod_devastation

Currently in progress. It's an update of the classic dod_devastation maps that had betas throughout the years but the original creator never quite finished. I got the source and permission and am creating my own version.

Day Of Defeat (HL) dod_kettle

Final build of my version of the map dod_cr44. This is the "Official" map of Kustom Kettle which is one of the oldest and most popular custom map servers for DoD. I did this as a favour and made it so that it keeps very true to the original gameplay with only adding small details to smooth any rough edges and making it a more pleasing experience. The pictures are pretty crumby, but give it a go if you're a DoD player.

Counter Strike Source cs_sanctum

This is a small hostage rescue map, with some very dark areas. I recommend disabling player identification by name to increase tension.

The bots' .nav file has been created and tweaked, but the map is a lot more fun playing with humans.

Hey all I finaly made this cs_toon map way better and gave it a new name cs_hostage_rescue_2005 . Here is a download link to get the bsp file and .nav file and bsp.bz2 for the server side. So if u wanted to play this map your self with bots I have 16 ct spawn points and 16 t . Note with out the .nav file the hostages wont follow you and the bots wont load :) You can get the 3 files here bsp and .nav and bsp.bz2 for the server side.

Ok... I started making this map a few days ago. I was worried about the fps, but when I compiled the map, I noticed that the fps is constantly ~ 70 everywhere and that's good for my machine. Tell me what you think:
1. Is it worth to continue making it?
2. Is it a box (special for you know who)?
:D Well, the last thing I can say is... I'm a newb when it comes to mapping.

Description:
The central element of the map is the temple which can be reached using the crossing route from bombspot A to B. There are 3 ways for the terrorists as well as for the counter-terrorists. Looking from the CT spawn there is the left route to A and through the underpass. The central route leads through the water passing the bridge to the temple. The right route is leading through the hallway and to B (see overview picture).

We tried to create a very balanced map that is fun to play using elements that strongly dominate the gameplay, i.e. the water and the bridge, the hallway and the underpass with the crossing line trough the temple.

Story:
An ancient and lost temple has been found. Archeologists discovered a great secret and are about to put the pieces together. Terrorists: Use the C4 to destroy one of the artifact puzzles the archeologists have already secured on A or B. Counter-Terrorists: Prevent terrorists from bombing the secured artifacts.

This is it. My greatest map project ever. My school, in CS. Huge map, lots of sniping. Not perfectly accurate to the actual school, but everyone says its pretty close. In keeping with the theme, however, sacrifices had to be made. r_speeds in this map are huge, wpoly peaks around 2000 (!!!) but for anyone who knows this school, its worth it.

The zip contains a Day of Defeat version aswell, with waypoints for both.

Note: As of 03 feb 2004, work on this map for HL1 is finished. I will release a HL2 version, once HL2 comes out and I can get mappin'.
