HL2 Capture the Flag ctf_bedrooms

First and foremost, thanks to everyoneover at hl2ctf.com who helped me test the map and catch some of the issues.

Well after almost a year of on and off procrastination, it is finally done. This is a remake of my UT and UT2K3 maps, CTF-Bedrooms][ and CTF-Bedrooms][remix. This is my first source map and I used it mainly as a way to learn the editor since I didn't have to spend time coming up with a brand new design. If you've played the Unreal versions, you should be famliar.

Note that the screenshots were taken with HDR (which the map fully supports), but the current version of CTF doesn't support it yet. Whenever it does though, the map will be ready. Also, whenever that happens, the grass will sway in the wind a bit. Looks cool.

But anyway, One Flag, Domination, and SourceTV are supported. HDR is in there for when it becomes available.

I hope everyone has as much fun playing it as I (for the most part) had making it.

I have updated the map partly to add support for the upcoming CTF 1.71 release, but mainly to fix an issue with the grass. Due to the way it was implemented, there was the possibility that the grass texture would show up on other maps' grass, and their grass could show up in mine. Which looked ugly either way. I fixed the problem (well, more like a work-around), as well as added a couple new things.

the setting of the map is ... erm well kinda a fantasy underground bunker/facillity it is no way a realistic map but for me goes : i like fast medium sized maps wich are fun to play , so i try to make maps this way if you like that kind of maps too, plz try this one and let me know what u think of it

(btw i started allover with this map so, the comments are about the old one, I also changed the screenshots)

lol :) and now exactly one year later its done !!!

Counter Strike Source de_sustenance

A newly released map of mine...

Pretty small and fast paced de_ gameplay.
Nav included for convenience, load it up and test.
There are quite a few options with gameplay, several pathway connections allow for the other team to 'sneak up' on you planting the bomb/defending the bombsite, although a few places may be seen as 'campsites' they are generally pretty useless and defenceless...allowing for the fast gameplay.

Notes of location etc:
A historical site surrounded by modernised housing has been targeted by environmental terrorists.

As time progressed, the area has become much more modern, hence the swimming pool etc...

It's a small map with a "fast and furious" gameplay.

Day of Defeat Source dod_pillbox2

This is the sequel to dod_pillbox2

After getting lots of feedback from the playtest, I decided to make a totally different style of pillbox map.

The trenches are now modernized and partly walled; you can no longer spawn camp, there (will) be 4 pillboxes on the map, 2 tent towers and 2 radio control stations (spawn zones). The layout and gameplay type will be very different, machineguns can now deploy in pillboxes and snipers will have even more vision obstruction.

Day of Defeat Source dod_pillbox

dod_pillbox is now on the verge of being completed. We're just compiling the final version (you know, it takes a while ;) ) and doing a test play. The map will be available very soon! new screenshots

dod_pillbox is a fast-paced 5 flag DOD map. It's based in a battlefield filled with trenches, barbed wires and hedgehogs.
Players have to take control of each trench as well as the enemy's pillbox to win.

Counter Strike Source dash_space

dash_space is the sequel to dash_octagon.

dash_space is a huge map that will remind you of the movie "Alien". The amount of lighting details in this map is crazy and create an amazing atmosphere of a space station.

There are also nice sliding doors that make stealthy move harder to detect as well as blinding lights that could save you from being sniped!

dash_octagon is a labyrinth-like map that involves a mixture of gameplay. This map is GREAT for aim-map servers, as well as knife-only servers and different mods.

dash_octagon has a very spooky space-station like feeling to it with thick fog and volume lighting, tight hallways that intertwice into a octagonal labyrinth. Perfect for high numbers of players.
