Secret lab in the mountains. Terrorists have to blow up the ?ultra secret hi tech gizmo? in the lab, or the satellite dish to prevent communication to the outside.

So far I already play tested the main layout, and encounter spots seem balanced, but some areas are too big. AWP paradise? :/

I?m already rebuilding some parts, and once the main layout is ready, I will start working on proper textures, lights, and some cover spots. (Cant have a CS map without crates, or it?s not a CS map)

Team Fortress Classic (HL) stfu_and_climb

-just another climb map for tfc. i thought a new one was needed.
-its made harder than the others to give people a challenge.
-ive only managed to complete it once , and it took me ages.
-some people have done it in 6 minutes, try and beat that :)
-the not great visuals because its a climb map with hundreds of brushes vsisible meaning high r_speeds but ive made it so there is some visblocking :)

NEWEST UPDATE: Well I've finished beta 2 of DM_HYDRO so it's ready for some playing. Finallys the pit is back up so I can get some decent commentary.

EVEN NEWER UPDATE: Here are some screens of the changes/additions made since the competition, which will be featured in the beta 2 released in a couple of days, new weapon placement permitting. The shots show the new larger tunnels, the addition of a walkway and structure across the canal, and small stairs that have replaced all of the jump crouch areas (they've been clipped so they work smoothly).
NEW UPDATE: Here are some new screens from the compile that I have sent for the competition, showing the basic layout out and features of the map. It's still got some bugs I haven't had time to fix, but they are only minor and do not effect gameplay.

Once I had fixed some obvious errors in the map the compile time was only 2 1/2 hours, just goes to show how rooted it was before, with a compile time of 60+ hours and counting :P.

Download should be available sometime after the competition closes.
UPDATE: Here are some new screens for the map, including some of the partially constructed and still under developement surrounding environment.
Here is my entry for the Valve Mapping Competition which I've been working on since the release of the full SDK. It's set amidst a partially constructed and subsequently abandoned hydro electric plant at the base of a dam.

In its current stage it lacks detail which will be added shortly, as well as the surrounding environment and part of the playable area. I wanted to go for a more open and realistic environment for the combat as supported by the new Source engine, with various vertical levels of combat as well as a mixture of close-long range fighting. These shots show the main generator building with partially completed generator pits (linked with piping) and a section of the water front area. This structure will be situated directly at the base of the dam.

I hadn't intended on posting anything till it was finished, or just about, but after getting back from a weeks vacation and seeing Tarky's release of dm_cascade as well as other maps of a similar theme I figured it might be a good idea to put it up, lest someone thinks I've ripped it off.

Anyway, it has a long way to go still so be gentle. Now I'm back home I should have some updated screens shortly.

This is a small map best suited for 2-6 players set in and around an industrial-type building. I've decided against finishing optimizing the map. Aside from completely redoing the grass I don't think I could get the r_speeds much lower. Close enough to done anyway. Mainly I'm more interested in moving onto other projects while hl is still around. Thanks for all comments especially Gwil's.

Abandoned storages, factories, crushed buildings and desolation.
I promise a real nice looking, very realistic and detailed map.
And nice to play...

PLEASE LOOK FOR MY UPDATES IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!

My tribute to the original HL1DM map, Gasworks. I wanted to make it like the actual Gasworks park in Seattle, but it was just too complicated... plus I was limited to not being able to make custom textures and models for the map contest. :P

I know a lot of people didn't really like this map in HL1, but I always had a lot of fun and I wanted to give it an overhaul. I stayed pretty true to the original map, but enhanced a few areas to allow things to make more sense...

When it's out, I hope you enjoy my first Source map...

This map is dedicated to my girlfriend, who almost gave me the boot while I tried to finish it up before the 1/15/04 deadline. :)

UPDATE: I have added a link to my website where I have several hundred screenshots, many from early map development...

UPDATE: I just found out about something that was causing major slowness in the upper/outdoors section and have fixed it (along with a new 3D Skybox!) I will release another version within the next week!! Thanks for all the comments.

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_Sanctuary_Reloaded

THis is a map of several parts consisting of a central castle arena with observation rooms on either side and with elevators in the keeps to the overlooking battlements. From the lower arena there is access to various other parts of this map which include a board room, a central stairway and corridors leading to storerooms, with elevators, a garden and fountain area, and an under ground garbage crusher. There are hidden traps for the unwary, and plenty of places to explore.

A HL2 DM Map that is being done my me for you the HL2 fans its my first HL2 DM Map no it dosent quite keep up to the standars we are all used to and I think the maps to big!

I keep on thinking I'm going to scrap it but I never do.

But the show must go on, if only I had some help as I have to go to college everyday and that dows not leave me much time for the map.

This is a single player Stargate themed map, and its the first map I am actully hoping to release the public. I was going to wait until it was more complete, but progress is really slowed down due to real-life interferring.

Basic story: The Stargate program was never successfull until the Combine arrived and took over the complex. You have to infiltrate the base, secure the gate, and use it to reach ... somewhere else.

I do plan on making the gate 'functional'; you will use it to go to the next map (assuming I get this one done, and actually get the next working as well).
