Things seem a bit slow so here ya go. another pointless poll! I am seriously curious though.

Don't be an ass and list yourself as 6+ feet just because you're sore about being a midget.

When you say fluctuating, do you mean growing? Or does your height actually go up and down? Now that's just freaky. :eek:

Most people are about an inch or so shorter at night than in the morning. this I think depends on your total height, the shorter you are the less there is to compress so there is less variation.

You're not too small to play rugby. I'm just too small to play my position. I'm a forward and I have to go up against people who are usually 4 inches taller and 50 pounds heavier. You'd be fine as a back, they do all the running.

Shall I appologize for my fluctuation? :lol:

Its not as if I have much control over it, to be honest. It's just every time I measure my height, it's different, sometimes by more then 2 inches ... which is weird ... but, oh well.

I'm like 5'9" or 10" and weigh about 140lbs. I use to be about 5ft and weigh 100lbs when I played rugby, and I assure you I was the smallest on the pitch... was the hooker (right in the middle of the scrum) too :razz:

Dont know, dont care - i'm quite small, but be aware that

a) small people arent bitter - we have distinct advantages in our manouverability in .. certain situations ^_^

b) you dont need to be big to play rugby :razz: just accept that its a real mans game, none of this american football nonsense with helmets and the padding and the wussness :razz:

I actually hate the English system of measure with a passion. I just did it this way because I figured it was what the majority would be comfortable with.

I'm also fully aware that being hugely tall is not always, or even usually an advantage. I tell you, it's very uncomfortable to be able to see over the stalls in public restrooms. it's also a pain that most sinks and counters are mid way up my thigh so I have to bend over like a stork to wash my hands.

Or, you could multiply the meter value by 3.28. Or at the very least, matched up the answers on Tracer's first post ... I didn't change the order or anything ...

1m = 39.4in = 3.28ft

The spine contracts during the day up to about a half an inch even - one of the many reasons why we sleep lying down.

And I've always been of the belief that the only 'correct' spelling and grammar is whatever you need to use to get your point across... TB, though he makes plenty of typos, never fails to do this.
