What is your pride and joy in the world? Can be anything from food to your computer, to a specific object of any kind.

I'm not sure what mine is, but I'll go for guitar for now.

Hmm...to tell the truth, I've never asked myself what my pride and joy is. For now, I'll settle with my rare coins collection.

How clean my room is for my pride, my kitty cat for my joy (she's my best friend ( )), and for pride joy combined, how cool I am.
One day you'll know what you're talking about, I can hardly imagine

I really dont have any physical possessions that I care about. But I
guess the one thing that does bring me the most joy would be my
girlfriend. Its so nice to have someone agree with you, and share stuff
with (sorry for getting sappy =P).

I take joy in knowing God and living for Him. He's my life's goal. I
thank Him for letting me enjoy this life, for the talents I've been
given and the things I can do on this world.

A friend of mine got blood-cancer two weeks ago. At such a moment,
pretty much everything seems un-important. Getting a job, a wife, a
'life'... it's not what all really counts. Everyone does that and for
what? After a while life is over and you've got to have done something
with it. I'm glad God has given me (and that friend of mine as well as
many other brothers and sisters) a purpose in life. Otherwise I'd be
depressed by now...

overall i kinda agree with Cpt P. Most important things are, in order:
health, love, friends/family, work you love. Yeah sappy but true.

I take pride in having joy, and I rejoice in having pride.

Hear Hear!

Inevitably, relationships end. material possesions break. people change, you can lose knowledge and pyisical prowess.

Luke 21:33 says "Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my word shall not pass away."

Still, that doesn't change the fact that I am really awesome, I am a super-genius, I'm hott sizzle I have a number of kick-ass (and a few crappy) cars, a great computer, a good-paying (for my station in life) job, and no girlfriend to use up all my money (a redhead would be nice)
I tried sniffing coke, but the ice cubes kept getting stuck in my nose.

My pride and joy is laughter. I know it sounds wierd.
Reckless disregard for childrens well being, women and nothing but utter contempt for other cultures.

I can't really think of a physical possession I'd be devestated to
lose. And as for non-physical things they don't really fit into
the category of "pride and joy." But if I'll stretch a bit and
say my pride and joy is my youth. It's something most of us at
the pit are still experiencing and I have to say the flexibility and
freedom it affords is amazing.

I would have to say my grandchildren, followed closely by books. If one truly wants a practical answer,I'd have to say my wife, but don't tell her I said so.
