When I first released dm_waterwerx, I was in a hurry to get a map out for HL2. As I released it (and due to some valid comments) I knew I could do better. This is an attempt to re-visit waterwerx and see if it can be salvaged.
In this new build, I downsized the map alot, maximized performance in all areas, added a series of teleporters to increase connectivity and playability, re-lit all major areas, downsized scale to fit more realistic appearance, and just basically gave it a face lift all around. This is more like what I had in mind.

A concrete and steel serenity park nestled in a downtown area adjacent to a closed subway station. Lots of art/architecture, and teleporters to help with connectivity and layout. Hope you enjoy!

So im fan of CSS zombiemod so i decided to make map which is balanced between zombies and humans.

There is lot of great maps but those are always every time ruined by easy camping places (of course for humans :P) so it makes it boring to be zombie or aswell if you are in camp place which is impossible for zombies its also boring.

Map name "zm_need_backup" popped up cause theres no place where u could solo against zombies. The reason is theres always 2-3 ways for zombies to get camping places.

I will say that in this map it is easyer to defend one camp place if someone defends other camp place because everytime zombies conquer one camp place they get one more way to defeat another place.

EXAMPLE: There is tree house and this old ruined building. If u get to the treehouse you can go to treehouse roof and run to the ruined building roof. You can also run from ruined building roof to the treehouse roof. These thigs stacs with every camp place in this map.

And sry for my bad english but i hope everyone gets the point.

Finally after 2 months I release cs_occupation. I have listened to the most important feedback since the beta2 and fixed them. I hope this is a map which can be enjoyable for most people.

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_derelict_final

This is my first release. A medium sized free for all HL2 deathmatch level where you have to keep on moving to stay alive. I play a lot of hl2 deathmatch and I guess the main inspiration for this map are the maps I like to play, in particular dm_torque, dm_swamplight, dm_resistance, dm_overwatch: there's something about those maps that make them extra fun to play over and over again. Longevity is the ultimate affirmation of a succesfull map.

My entry for Mapcore's restraining contest entry. The map had to be contained within a 1024*1024*1024 area. It's set in some sort of water processing plant, and is my first finished HL2 map :D. Whilst capable of 4 players, I suggest duals only, really.

Fortress Forever 4play

This is my newest map, 4play. There are four teams (each with a small base) with a large midyard.

The gameplay is currently undecided. I would like to do something new and unique, but the old standbys of CTF/Demolition/king of the hill might suffice.

I feel this map really shows my growth as a mapper over the past.. wow.. 6 years? Anyhow, each team has a unique base, and specific enemy classes can cause 'hazards' in front of each base (falling rocks, burning underbrush, destroyed bridge over icy water, etc.)

Currently I have 3 of the bases pretty polished. I want to add more to the inside of the Red base, and I am currently building the 4th base (green) and the midfield. Think rocky oregon coast at the foot of a mountain.

Fortress Forever Attrition

This is a small map, meant for no more than 10 players. Each team spawns in a bunker on either side of the platform in the center of the map. You must hold the platform for 20 seconds without the other team entering it to get 1 point for your team. You can also lock down the other team's base (lock doors) by flipping the switch on top of their base.

Everything is done except updating it with FF entities (like 2morforever).

Update May 1st 2007: This map has been running on the Fortress Forever beta server for a while, and is fairly popular. I have updated it by lengthening the field, widening the island and putting FF textures/entities in. I won't release the current version for HL2DM because it has FF content. When FF is released, you will surely discover what a blast it is to play on Attrition.
