This is my first official map that I am going to release. It is set on an island near the coast. Still working on texturing and models for the map. Part of the aim for the map is that it's dark and creepy, but stll enough light so you will rarely use your flashlight. Still working on story, mostly for personal enjoyment right now. Please give me lots of feedback. Any sort of criticism is welcome.

Day Of Defeat (HL) dod_zorba

Medium size map for small fights (8-10 players) based around an abandoned monastery. The allies have to blow up a plane and the germans have to protect it. To make things a little more frustrating...ive put the allies' bomb 5 meters away from the plane, in the heart of the german base :D. The main idea is to blow eachother apart. This is a beta so it may still have some flaws. The biggest one would be the r_speeds (HUGE: 2000w_poly!) but im going to be fixing this problem soon.
Nice Day of Defeat map but laggy. Im still working on that :) .

Day of Defeat Source bleakhill

One of my more popular maps in the past was dod_bleakhill, for the previous versions of Half-Life WWII-based mod, Day of Defeat.

Now its back... in new, improved, Source-compatible form.

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_backalley

This map is a simple wherehouse and a backalley. Its very close quarters with alot of weapons. Its a little cluttered but im fixing that. In team mode the rebels start in a house behind the alley, and the combine start in a room inside the wherehouse. Im fairly happy with how this map turned out, but a little dissapointed that it took so long to get the glitches out. -Rjl

Counter Strike fy_bridgewar

This is my first ever map and took me about an hour all together. The only thing to mention is that its very good fun 10 v 10. Quick deathmatch map for your server.

Half-Life: Deathmatch Windsorcastle

Its Windsorcastle of coarse a very famous castle were the Queen comes to stay. But in alot smalller scale though it has plealty of room for mainly rpg Dm. Or Just taking the pain to get the egon up in the gas table or being a sniper in the turrets.

I wanted a fast, old school -style DM map. I focused mainly on gameplay. Lemme know what you think (good, bad and ugly). Enjoy!

Beta 2 notes:
  • Increased the brightness of most lights by 50%
  • Removed collision detection from the underwater tunnels' entrances, so ducking is no longer necessary, but it still helps.
  • Simplified the way a few entities work, so the map size went down a bit.

2-4 player map.

mission : protect "Joe" the friendly rat at all costs.
once all enemys have been killed take joe to the yellow arrow of mystery for next part of level to open up

joe is just like barny when following except slower.

also dont kill joe or map ends, :)

aslo the window that u start next to can be broken but dont as the enemys might get in and kill joe.

I think in this version of it the main building can be destroyed after some punishment.

Small 8-player Frenzy map. this is the first dethmatch map i ever made, just dug it up there the now.
it works well with 4 players but i think 8 players would be better.

Change the name of the map from de_rooftops as some one else used the name and since the rooftops will be less dominant in this map.

The work on de_clash is at full speed and key gameplay construction is at this stage nearly completed.

Counter Strike Source de_dust_dl_rc3

This is the second map I've released to the public. I've made a bunch but this and the first are the only ones I've thought people would enjoy. This is basically another Dust map but it's got a decent layout and it's fun if you like Dust maps.

Since I'm still fairly new to mapping I would love for someone to give pointers on how to optimize this map. I've read up on using hints and have them at strategic locations but I think it could be done a lot better. If you want the source it's at the same location as the bsp but it's name is de_dust_dl_vmf.zip.
