Well firefox is crap, officially- theres nothing good in it. What is thats messed up- using Leps firefox its just the snarks legs missing. It was fixed for larger screen resolutions though- the red lines and image didn't extend to fit bigger screens.

Unless there is something different this year, the snarksnow has an off button in preferences I believe. I will go look to be sure but its been there every year so far.
[EDIT]
Can't find it either. Sorry.

They're alternatives since ALL of these religious holidays are in the same season and all religious denominations are present here, at the pit. Even more so since we have several members from Asia and Africa.
Eid is not Ramadan, just to note. One of its celebrations is the day after the last day of Ramadan, in which you sacrifice a lamb (to eat).
Nickle, I know you're joking, but it's not funny. Seriously offensive now. (Yes, to me)
There is no need to omit Christmas, it's just annoying that it's shoved down everyone's throat. People would start celebrating the thing in July if they could (and some do). But you should recognize that your beliefs aren't the only ones. Why is that overlooked? Religious freedom, wow, there's a thought.
My family celebrates both Eid and Christmas, neither get's the boot.
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

My only problem with any holiday is its current level of commercialism. I get so tired of the exhibits going up in the stores months in advance. We know the holiday is coming but why push it so hard?
I want to see Halloween during October, not June and I damned sure don't want to see Christmas while its still 80 or 90 degrees outside.
I have zero religious views but still enjoy the holidays. I told my spouse today in fact that I like buying gifts far more than getting them. Giving something to some little one who really needs it is a gift all in itself.

I'm not religious at all but I enjoy and celebrate Christmas all the
same. What I don't like is my town not allowing a banner that
says "Merry Christmas". I mean, I don't care what your views are
and what you celebrate, but there's no reason to stop me from
celebrating what I do.
And the commercialism isn't going to go away. It's kinda stupid how much they do it, but it doesnt really bother me.

Now just fix the buggery text box for FF 1.5 and I'll be happy.
Why change the Santa Snark? Santa isn't Christian anyway, Saint Nick is, but not Santa, sure it's related, but I mean if you're going to add all those religious ones, where's the Snark on a cross?

As for other religions, I'm affraid your gunna have to deal with it like we deal with yours when we visit the countries of origin. This is primarily a UK based website, as such, UK traditions- if you want others you might have to ask lep and code it yourself

I'm not mad, it's really just the fact that you make Muslims the butt of your jokes far too often. Like the Jihad shirt, for example. And, honestly, just because I mention something Muslim doesn't mean there should be a retort about terrorism. The fact is that most Muslims aren't terrorists. The minority of Muslims are suicide bombers, also, and in your comment you singlehandedly said that all Muslims do that. I know that's not what you think, or know, but it is what your comments imply.
Honestly, I'm sick of everyone's views of the Muslim religion. Most people are wrong. It pisses me off even more that the only Muslims (that aren't converted) that get recognized are murderers, terrorists, and extremists. It's f**king pathetic.
Anyway, It was just getting annoying.
Political correctness is ridiculous. Today, I saw a couple black reverends arguing on TV over Black History month. While one of them had a pretty good point: Black history month is racism. Since, instead of teaching, and practicing, understanding, all that stuff, the history of blacks as HISTORY, they segregate it into black history. Which makes sense, I don't completely agree though.
However, when black history week (which became an entire month) was "created", they wanted it to eventually go away, since it is still segregation. There is a point there, but it's still a little ridiculous.
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.
