Looks nice. If you can get one of those cheap tape devices that plug into the headphone jack of any sort of music device and plays the songs through your car speakers, you could make some nifty playlists for the road, I imagine.
That's what I do when I do the 5 hour drive to and from school.

I've found a freeware program called monkeyjam which you can use to do
Stop Motion Animation. Only made a short 5 second one so far
(http://homepage.ntlworld.com/suicidle_tramp/Test%20Animation.gif), bad
quality pic as it was on my webcam.
I can't for the love of god find a twain driver for my digital camera (vivitar vivicam 4345), so no webcam mode

@AtM/Orph: There's a great little gadget at Best Buy. It's a cassette with a headphone wire coming out of it, and you just plug it in your car and play any mp3 player through the cars system. 10 bucks CDN.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Cheapest way to get mp3s going in your car, way cheaper and easier than iTrip. Sound quality isn't amazing, but still not bad.

Cats of the same litter can have different fathers. In that respect, cats are sluts.

Things are cheaper in Ohio.
You can buy prime land, about 5 acres with a home for under $15,000.
Most homes there go for maybe $10,000. Unless they're really nice, then they can go upwards of $60,000 at the most. That includes large portions of land.
My house, in Oregon, was $175,000 ... and that was cheap.
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

Interesting story, I had read about the Wilhelm maybe two years ago... I never knew what it sounded like (didn't bother searching for an audio clip).
I always noticed this weirdish shout in the King Kong dinosaur stampede, and I had also read the Wilhelm was in that movie.. I looked it up finally and found that it was that weird shout indeed.
I also heard it in Star Wars Ep3 on a later date.. I think...

Is this a big coincidence, or did you find out about the Wilhelm somehow related to the new TF2 trailer, Morph?
I just watched it again and the Wilhelm can be heard when the four sticks of dynamite blow up the scout rushing across them.
If that's a coincidence, whoa. I somehow doubt it though.

It's strange I always felt like the scream sounds sound very similar in movies but I didn't know there's some kinda running gag going on

Wilhelm scream strikes again. Twice.
I was flipping channels and Star Wars episode 3 was on. I literally watched about 20 seconds, got bored, and was about to change the channel. A stormtrooper died and he did the Wilhelm scream.
Also, I was watching Valve's teaser trailer for Jagd, and the first Allied guy to die does the Wilhelm scream.

I don't know why everyone I know on the internet is so broken up about it. I never liked him or the show.

Come on, was that really a surprise to you? It's like news of Johnny Knoxville dying from eating 50 eggs in 2 minutes...
He was cool, though...

Haha, no way! That's because people generally don't go swimming and filming stingrays.

Roy is different because he and Siggfried thought that they could overpower thousands of years of instinct in 10 years of training. That was stupid and naieve, and an accident waiting to happen.
Steve wasn't stupid and naieve, he respected the power and capabilities of the animals he encountered, and through his extensive knowledge survived those everyday situations, until, it seems, he made 1 wrong move, and also got extremely unlucky.

I think you don't know the meaning of naieve. He knew exactly what could happen, and he was smart enough to know how to get himself out if a situation went bad, and equally aware his life might end at any moment.
Nothing I've ever seen suggests otherwise.

He wasn't 99.9% sure, which is what you seem to believe, which is simply wrong.

Ok, let's say he was 100% sure... It's just that he was only 99.9% right (at best). That's what I'm trying to say. It was way to predictable that he was killed by an animal. And it's obvious that he didn't want to die that way. Why should he? So what he did was clearly the result of a distorted view on animals and nature.
A member of a native tribe still living in the rainforest could easily have a similar understanding of wild animals as Steve Irwin had. He'd probably do similar things that are equally dangerous without being scared too much. But he would do it only from time to time. For hunting. Maybe some initiation rite. But not because he "loved" those animals so much. That's simply wrong. If you love an endangered species these days you preserve his habitat and not become friends with it.
So often in his shows Steve Irwin jumped in a river full of crocodiles when he could just have pointed at them for the same camera shots. Carried them with his bare hands when he could have used a piece of cloth or some safety equipment instead. The only reason he actually touched them was either to get a personal thrill but more likely to "prove" they are not as dangerous as people think. All of which is bulls**t. A crocodile isn't "nice" or "cute". It's mean and aggressive. And it still has a right to live. That's hard to make clear to people but Irwing didn't do anything to transport that message. He clearly lacked respect in this regard, degrading crocodiles and other animals to being his "mates" instead of natural enemies (which they are). It was this mentality that killed him.
