Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_nfw_spire

Indoor map for 2-8 players.
Four rooms on two floors around an open courtyard-like center
under a glass dome (or spire...).

Specials:

Motor driven rotating door (with switch) - you can go through it
while it's running, if you're lucky...;-)

In the center: A huge motor driven fan (with switch) mounted below
the ground, blowing you up the spire to a circular tire shaped
platform with goodies (like rocket launcher and crossbow).

Around the fan place: A "moat" like water barrier. There are two
bridge plates - but they can be pushed or carried way!

This is my favourite map because i spent a lot of time on the mountains and i made a cool system where there are 20 buttons, each one plays a song from HL2 so that it gives the player more confidence in fighting!

Another day at the black mesa, transit style.

  • Spawn with a pre-loaded M-16 every time, for defense and instant action.

  • Dawn at the Blackmesa Vally Cargo Depot: Storage and Transport.
    --Enviorment--
  • Small but not too small a map
  • Several ways to ambush, several ways to escape.
  • Has 2 small arenas and 1 set of tightly snug tunels for the trains and 1 tunnel tram platform.
  • Hop aboard 1 of 2 trains that travel throughout the entire map.
  • Has 2 boarding platforms (1 arena, 1 subcanyon)
  • Train remains at one height; however, the arenas' floor is located far below the floor of the tunnels.
  • 1 Fast elevator and only 2 quick doors.
  • One secret that provides a weapons stockup and health payload.

  • Ensured to provide fun for those who enjoy small battles.
  • Only one error that could not be fixed, on water silos (visual)
I had a lot of fun makeing this map, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

My first map, I decided to go for a cleaner area, not the dingy stuff that usually adorns half-life 2 (and mods) maps. Terrrorists try to bomb major areas in the first floor of a dormatory, and Counter-Terrorists aim to stop them.

Story :

Combine forces are in the process of constructing a ginormous robot in an abandoned government fallout shelter outside City 17. The robot, codenamed "Das Roboss", is the most destructive combine creation yet. It makes Striders look like daddy long-legs.

Your mission is to infiltrate the occupied bunker and find Das Roboss. If you can destroy, steal, or otherwise remove the robot from Combine hands you will be doing City 17 and the world a great service.

Thanks to everyone here for help with testing. Das Roboss has been a great success completely hammering the tylak.com server forcing me to mirror out the file. What more could I want?

I didn't get everyone's name into the beta credits due to TSP going down right in the middle of testing... but I got some of you in there. Thanks guys!

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_npetrol

Here it is, the final version of my map. Formerly known as dm_plaza, this map has taken on a new name. The Northern Petrol Building features an employee recreation area, parkade, office hallways, and a dazzling lobby to let loose on everyone in the area.
The Combine are dying to take control of this rebel outpost, but it's been a tough battle, either take on the combine in a fight for your survival, or take on the roll of combine and stop the rebel uprising.

Counter Strike Source ba_stadium

Ba_stadium is a map I created to be based around a series of maps I plan to released called Battle Arena maps. Basically they're small maps with plenty of cover to be played by opposing teams. I don't reallly consider them a fy or dm map, but more of an aim map that actually plays well. I'd compare the play of the map to playing speedball with paintguns. Plenty of cover provides an enjoyable game, as well as promotes positive team play. Anyways, this is it, this map is it's 2nd rendetion and will have it's third and final one released soon.

created over a period of 5 days, 2 of which were spent exclusively tweaking the layout. This map might not be the most detailed, but it is structured to give optimum gameplay both in a pub and competition setting. Slightly smaller than dust1, but considerably more intricate, Ts have four possible routes of getting to either bombsite, and will generally arrive at each only a few seconds after the CT team, allowing for balanced gameplay.
