Counter Strike Source cs_militia_night

This is a remake of the classic counter-strike map cs_militia. The layout should be almost completely the same, except for some minor things like displacements and added props, so gameplay should be very similar.

Some of the changes include (but are not limited to :) ):
Map is set at night and the map is illuminated by multiple
spotlights on telephone poles
Boxes break more realistically (Each side at a time)
The fence is originally closed and locked with a padlock that
the CTs can shoot off, and then push open the door
More detailed sewers (work in progress) and sewer entrance
Many detailed/realistic additions such as moving blinds and
other physics objects

I'd just like to get an idea of what you all think; I know there are already some other militia maps out, but they mostly just took the old map and retextured it. Since this was one of our favorite maps, we decided that it deserved a remake using some of the real features of HL2 instead of just retexturing and repackaging.

Oh, and depending on how this map catches on, we already have plans to expand this map in a version 2, which will have enhanced gameplay (i.e. a new route through the mountains that the cts may take and other little additions)

March 1 UPDATE: We've been working a lot, and the work we've done is very good in my opinion. We've slowed down considerably, however, as the time spent on extra detail increases. Because of that we've pushed back the release date, though the map MUST be done by that time because that's when the map competition is due. A version suitable for beta testing should be ready soon!

This map is a remake of an old ghost recon map i loved, with some slight changes to take accont for CSS gameplay. The old ghost recon map was called docks so i decided to keep the name.The terrorists start out in a heavily bombed area of the map and try to plant a bomb in the CT's office building. IT can alternatly be a hostage recue map.

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_monolith

This is a Citadel based map in City 8. The revolution against the Combine leads to a showdown in the "Monolith". I just updated some pics to show a few changes. Any and all feedback on this map is welcome. Special thanks goes out to ReNo for taking a look at my map. The outside area framerates went from 40 fps to about 90 fps thanks to him. Finally finished!!

Opposing Force (HL) Attrition (Op4CTF)

The lay-out is a basic two-fort style map seperated by a deep canyon with a shallow river running through it. The map offers many different routes to the flags which crisscross each other.

Op4CTF Attition consists of three maps:

Attrition: Powerless has no power-ups.

Attrition: Power Struggle has power-ups scatter around the map.

Attrition: Power Mad has a full set of power-ups for each team.

Garry's Mod GM_your_momas_favorite_map

Recreation of mayan temple, 2 bombsites, one in a cave, one in a water room, waterfalls, running water etc.

Counter Strike De_2cold

Mountain scenario set during winter, its mostly terrain with a waterfall, some empty buildings and rocks, the fuzzy white spots in the screenys are snow.

Second release Feb 2005 with some minor mods.

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch Burney High School

Its a replica of my school here in Burney, (The town no ones ever heard of.) Everything is done by memory, Altho my school dosent reside on an island sorounded by water, or have a second floor and a whole bunch of stuff im adding in there..
But besides the 2nd floor im adding to the level the floor plans will be exact!

NOTE: Theres no roof becuase im adding vents and i need space to work. & When you play the lvl the island isnt fully cutout, becuase im not sure how much space i need for the school and other stuff im gonna add. There is no lighting for now becuase my computer is to slow to compile it, so i will add lighting when im finished

I cant not continue this level, its just not possible to complete due to the fact that i broked my computer and wipe the hard drive to fix it.... Im now working on a new level i will not be release until its done or almost done

Frontline Force (HL) flf_dusk

This is my last map for the hl1 engine and the old hammer 3.5 :*( .

It wasnt going to ever get a release as halflife 2 came out but I'd spent that much time vertex manipulating the terrain that i had to finish it , though the terrain would have taken no time with the new hl2 hammer ;(.

Anyway i thought i would show it before i move on.

Story:A group of Terrorists are planning to plant a bomb in a warehouse in a industrial district. Eventually, the Counter-Terrorists found out their plan. Can the Counter-Terrorists defend the warehouse from the fierce Terrorists? It's up to you, the player to decide.

This is a side-project of cs_somalia. I was working on my next CSS map, but I've also decided to convert my dm_industrial, to CSS. So, here it is. I hope you enjoy the map as much as I do.

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dm_pipewerks

My second completed map for Half Life 2: Deathmatch and I think it is an altogether a more respectable effort than my previous quite pitiful attempt.

The map is somewhat of a simple, if rather generic factory type map with many pipes running through the level and large electricity generation section.

I did make more of a substantial effort to make a map with more connectivity than my last attempt and think I have achieved quite a good flow throughout the map although I may be talking out of my arse.

I got a chance to play it with a few other people today and it seems to fair alright although I think the power generation section may lag up a bit due to the general openness of that section.

So anyway, that's pretty much all I have to say. Set your phasers to 'insult' and let 'em rip if you don't like the map, but if you have some constructive criticism that'd be much appreciated too.

Update: Although the screenshots are out of date, I gave the map a bit of a textural revamp and changed the lighting a little so it should be a bit more varied.
