Opposing Force (HL) Realms

This map series was inspired by the Portal games. This is a Half-Life map series in the style of Portal, but using the HL editor. When I first started this mapping project I wasn't sure if it would even be possible to use HL1 to make Portal like maps, but I was very surprised by the results...and I think you will be too. Enjoy!

You must make it through each of the tests. After progressing through seemingly endless tests you start to wonder if you will ever be able to get out of the testing area. Can you get out or will you be testing forever?

This map states that it is out of beta, but depending on how this map is received more content may be added later.

Opposing Force (HL) Depraved

Beta
You awaken in your hotel room to a military raid, and an outbreak of zombies. You must find a way to survive against the zombies while protecting yourself against the outbreak containment forces. Can you survive the depravity?

Game will consist of a series of maps.

Can you escape the Iridium Fortress?...

You are part of the classified military elite known as Redemption 1. After a failed high priority mission (someone must have sneaked information) you awaken to find yourself a prisoner of war in a uber high-tech maximum security facility.

A more extensive briefing will be given in the mission briefing of the actual level. This is just a little taste of what is to come!

Note: Sven Coop v4.6 MAY be required.

This is my rushed submission for the GameBanana Junkyard Contest.

I spent about 5 days on this when it needed 5 weeks and it shows, tho i'm happy to be able to submit something this time(since i missed entering the recent dangerous cargo competiton).

Star map!
Well, I worked on this map for three months...
my idea was to make a map, with pleasant weather, with good lighting and easy gameplay.
I used custom sounds in some places, (wind chimes, classical music) you can check in ct_spawn, bombsite A, long hall and other places...
were used custom sprites, (Flowers on the displacement) to make the environment more beautiful...
the map was well optimized, provides high fps and smooth gameplay.

can i play versus bots?
yes! nav. built manually with place names for better gameplay!

40 spawn points (20 vs 20)
soundscapes
3D skybox
radar overview
custom textures and models
custom sprites (vbsp)
custom sounds

Important:
All the custom content (except the nav) are embedded in the bsp

Installation instructions:

Extract the de_leika.bsp and de_leika.nav into the following directory:
C:Steam\SteamApps\youraccount\counter-strike source\cstrike\maps

Half-Life: Deathmatch Technicality

I've been completely absent from this site for a very long time, so I figured I'd upload the first map I've actually completed in over two years here in order to break the silence. It's a small map set in a damaged lab environment. Recommend 2-8 players.

Combat House HD is finally out of its Beta stage, thanks for the beta testing and feedback! :)

Brief Description
The map has been completely redone in all areas and is fully completable with the orange box engine.
It has nice NEW HD textures, HD reflections and other graphical effects that take full advantage
of the engine, also the map is well optimized.

The gameplay is fast and very fluid also there are many trick jumps about.

Portal 2 Mortal Dream

for Portal 2 4
GLaDOS has altered the stasis beds within the relaxation vaults, and now GLaDOS has control over the test subject's dreams. Obviously, GLaDOS wants to make even more tests, and she has now forced the test subjects to test 24/7.

However, you are the first test subject ever to experience dream tests, and GLaDOS isn't exactly experienced with this technology.
If you're not hearing a voice in the beginning of the level, open up the console (the "~" key) and type "snd_rebuildaudiocache" without the quotation marks. When the icon in the upper right corner turns orange you may load the map using the console.

Half-Life 2: Episode Two Station 51

A level for Half-Life 2: Episode 2, about 10-15 minutes of fast paced running and gunning. I'd love to get some feedback before I release this for real. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Combine forces are closing in on your rooftop observation post. Fight your way out and escape! I tried to expand on lessons learned from my other HL2: EP2 level and numerous other small projects since then. More open combat arenas, with multiple lanes and room to maneuver with plenty of cover. Visually, I tried for more complex/realistic brushwork, and a more cohesive theme.

This has been on the backburner for quite a while, but I've recently been cranking on it to get it released. I'd consider this an alpha, since I've been the only person to playtest it so far. So please do let me know your thoughts if you give it a try.

Sven Co-op (HL) The Red Area Sven Edition

This map is a modified version of my single player map "The Red Area" that has been altered for use with Sven Coop. Your objective is to get to the aircraft on the surface while fighting through alien and military rule. Good Luck!

The images used do not reflect Sven Coop play. These are the images from the single player version, simply because the architecture is the same; just new enemies.

*Important: Sven Coop v4.6 is required.
