we all have some creative talent in the mapping department, but in which other domains/aspects do you use your creativity. could be your job (architect,...), hobbies (mapping, modeling, music, drawing/art,...) etc

for me, besides mapping, it would mostly be music. i used to write (dutch  ) raptexts for a hiphop-band, but nowadays i produce trance with a mate.

I was writing a book, but it's non-fiction. It's a book for parents on how to take care of their kids.

I also blog daily, and I am into photography.

I'm into music. I watch a lot of movies, too. But I try to spend most
of my spare time outside. In fact I've been inside my flat for way to
long in the past few years.

I practice some martial arts and play some guitar. I like to go stilt-walking (but I'll do less in winter).

But my favourite is spending time with friends and talking or doing stuff together (depends on the friend)

Jumping.

Everybody tells me I can jump incredibly high. I used to suddenly jump
over people during gymnastics lessons just to scare the * out of them.

I did gymnastics in a professional group, and we trained on jumping and
falling techniques. (How to jump as high as possible, and how to land
without breaking most of your bones)

I really liked it, we did it with and without trampoline, and I realize
I have a pretty good talent at estimating the possibility and risks of
a jump, be it in during the lessons or out on the street.

It's possible, really. Let's say they were about 1m70. I don't jump
over them with my feet above my head, unless they're in a crouched
position. Buth when they just stand up (and stand still - very
important  ) it's possible to jump over them sideways.

All my creativity has gone to my physics class for the past few weeks. Some of the free body diagrams are crazy, and take a lot of creative thinking to figure out the sums of forces and such. I also send some of my creative thinking to calculus, some of the algerbra invovled is pretty tricky, and simetimes you need to think out side the box to get it.

As a hobby I like to find comparative personalities between books I have read, and people I know online. I have a few here but, do not know you all well enough to share them. I have found that some people do not look fondly on you when you tell them that they act like So-and-so from a book

I can say though that we have some very interesting personalities here.

My biggest problem when I do carpentry and such is that I always forget to add the 1/16 inch to my calculations when I figure my needs. The saw removes 1/16th every time you cut, and if you make enough cuts it adds up to a mess when forgotten long enough.
There is no history until something happens, then there is.
